The customer service is very friendly and helpful. The room is big but internet service is not free. The room is clean and tidy. There is a 10 to 15 mins mins walk to the train station which is not too bad but no bus station near by. We need to take a taxi to airport or vice versa which is not cheap for A$52.00 and it is ok for longer stay.
