Best hotel I've stayed at. Would strongly recommend it!!
The downnside is the waiting period in...
The downnside is the waiting period in the front counter. i had to wait for half an hour waiting for other people to finish. Probably not enough staff on the new year's day?
The room size was unexpected. i stayed there before and had a bigger room size. Was it because i prepaid and cheaper?

We had a fantastic stay at the Crown Towers. We were upgraded to thier new rooms on the 23rd floor which was amazing! The room was huge and the bathroom was out of this world, large soaking tub with tv. Huge dressing room area and views to die for. The level of service was high as you would expect for this type of hotel. If you feel like pampering yourself while in Melbourne I would not hesistant in reccommending this hotel.

This hotel was perfect and if I could give it 6 smiley faces I would. The room and bathroom were amazing and with the location in the heart of southbank/Melb and at the casino how could you go wrong. Eventhough the rooms and slightly expensive it was worth every sent for the experience!

I stayed here with my mum and my sister and it was just fantastic . Everthing you need is right there and the service was great. Definately stay here again and can't wait to. It was Deluxe.

We arrived a little early and were taken up to our room, a corner suite on the 11th floor... it was lovely, beautifully appointed and had a fabulous view over the riverfront. All during the evening, spectacular fire shows along the foreshore lit up the skies right in front of our window. The staff were attentive, efficient and thoughtful. Our room was comfortable and inviting.
Our evening was spent in the Casino (with a win on the tables)...a beautiful meal at Rockpool. We had a wonderful, if not all too brief stay. We'd recommend this hotel and will look forward to staying again when next in Melbourne.

A very pleasant experience. Location, amenities and service could not be faulted. Only disappointment was that the price (which was considerable) did not include parking as expected (or breakfast either).

A great hotel in a great location that is a must stay in Melbourne. If you like gambling it is even better.
