The room was all right, but the bathroom with only a half door is ridiculous! Whenever I took a shower, there was water spilling on the floor. People at the front desk could be a bit helpful and friendly, particularly about the availabilty of Internet and wi fi services. Otherwise, the value for the money is good when booked through AsiaRooms. (I was charged a much higher rate when I had to extend my stay.)
We thought that your staff was exceedingly helpful, especially your conceierges. They took very good care of us, insuring that the bus was there to pick us up, they scheduled a tour for us, they called someone so I could go to a doctor. They were great!!
The room was smaller than what we have been staying in, but was very modern and very clean.
We never did figure out the lighting. When I would get up in the night, the bright light would come on.

Good location..close proximity to Fed Sq, train station and main shopping streets.
Only disappointment was the view as we will assign an inward looking room and hence we can only see other rooms through our small window.
Overall enjoyed my stay at hotel but was not trilled by my room - very basic, corner room meant not much room, could not see out of windows!, bathroom small, no wine available in mini bar, etc. Could not work alarm clock. Having said that, service excellent - prompt and professional in all regards. Also, nice and quiet - no noises waking me up at night: excellent!
Hotel is in a great location. Within walking distance to almost anywhere in the city. A free city tram stop is just right outside the hotel. Rooms are clean but a little small though.
Overall I was pleased with my stay at the Rendevous. The location was right in the heart of the city and staff were polite and helpful.
The "deluxe" room was a little shabby so I would recommend upgrading to a Commerce room if its in budget.
The only complaint was our room went unserviced for one day despite us being away from it from 9am - 3pm.
Would however not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
Great Location. Rooms were a little bit small and could have been a bit cleaner. Very dusty. Also carpet needed replacing (very worn). But would stay again.
