Nice and comfortable Place
It is a small nice and comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is right at the end of China town area and very convenience for all types of food. We are very happy with our stay there. Thank you to all the hotel staff.

Stayed there for two nights in March...
Stayed there for two nights in March and liked it a lot. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even at the breakfast restaurant the staff was really nice and helpful, even when we did arrive at the last minute.
The room was nice and spacious with gorgeous bathroom. The only downside was that the room is not suited for people with asthma, as the carpets can not be hoovered properly in all places (there was sort of a pole in the room and the carpet wasn't hoovered properly behind there)
Location of the hotel was very good, right in the middle of the Chinatown, 5 minutes walking distance to the Swanston street. Perfect.
I will definiately stay at the Crossley again and will recommend it to everyone.

A well situated hotel ideally located for all city centre activities. Chinatown is nearby which is ideal for all chinese food lovers. Car parking is at a premium, and expensive if you use the hotel's.

My husband and I had a really great time in Melbourne and at Crossley too! The hotel does not have a grand lobby but the staff is extremely helpful and kind. I was lucky to be served by a few pretty and helpful ladies. They actually helped me to book all day tours during my stay with very detailed explanation, method of payment and follow-up service. The location of the hotel is near China Town. You don't have to worry about what to eat and where to eat. It is also near the City Circle - a free-of-charge tram, taking you to all must-see and must-go spots. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Thank you!

Very good location, walking distance to city centre. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Room service was expensive and restaurant never seemed to have any patrons.
A great place to stay if you are looking for a basic place to stay close to the city and transport without the extra's.
