One of day , they did not wash the cups on the table which I was use for coffee last night..!

Staff Shortages
The staff were friendly and tried their best to be helpful, but the hotel was full and clearly there wasn't enough staff. Our room was never cleaned in four days. The bed was made, the towels changed, and that was it. There was broken glass on the floor from an accident that I kept finding pieces of for the next three days. There was a lot more, including a broken fridge that leaked all over the floor for the entire four days as well. Enough said.
There is some mould at bottom of bathroom's tiles require cleaning.
Small but nice
The room was quite small but very nice and very clean. When your in Melbourne there's no need to spend much time in your room anyway.
