Very disappointing front desk/customer service
Book this due to the fact it was 4-star and a new hotel.
The customer service of this hotel mainly the reception was very poor. Mom and I were travelling together and at 7.30am there was a unbearable drilling, knocking, and nailing noises which sounded like next to our room! We were both shocked and shaken by the noise especially on an early morning of our vacation in Melbourne. We called the front desk and the lady receptionist was extremely indifferent and showed no interest at all to help us. I had to call them 3-4 times to ask if it's okay to change room. But was told that, "Just to let you know there would not be any difference because it's the restaurant under renovation not us." I was honestly disappointed with the sheer and blunt uninterested treatment that was shown to us. Had to say, " we will check out since there was 'nothing' there they can do" and will make a formal complaint with Mint Headquarters.
After that, within minutes suddenly there was a room available to us situated another end which the noise will not reach. Do not understand why such indifferent treatment was given to us in the first place..till we had to make a stand to refuse staying in the hotel to them.
Inexperienced management of this hotel will cause their future customers.

the apartment is good, but the receptionist keyed in the wrong number of nights for my stay the next day I can not enter my room, also the cleaning staff is rude knock on our door while we are still not ready to leave and come in to do their cleaning. I asked her why she told me we have a lot on today, and the dirty linen piled up along the hall way until they have finish their work for the day, looks very untidy for the type of rating they are rated.
If they improve in these areas they should expect some return clientel.

It had only opened 1 week before my stay, the staff were still learning the processes but were nice enough.
