The hotel was as I expected it...
The hotel was as I expected it to be, based on the many reviews I had read from other travellers. The room was small but adequate and very clean.
The only downside to my stay was the lack of any kind of room service, which meant several trips down to the lobby/restaurant level to get what I wanted. Similarly, the lack of any concierge /room service help with luggage was really disappointing!! As a lone traveller in my fifties, I had to struggle with huge trolleys and 50 kgs of luggage, manouevering trolleys into lifts and along narrow corridors - almost impossible save for the kindness and grace of fellow guests who were kind enough to help me.
