I was initially given a room that was already occupied. The front desk apoligizied, gave me a new room and did not charge me for the shuttle to the airport as compensation for the room mix up. That was greatly appreciated. My only complaint was that the shuttle driver that picked me up from the airport offered no assistance with my bags or with the bags of the other shttle passenger, an older woman who I helped. He was just short of rude. Everyone else I encountered on my brief stay was very polite and courteous. I realy appreciated being able to leave a bag there six days before checking in so I didn't have to drag it around as I traipsed up and down the east coast of Australia. Overall I was very pleased.
