We really enjoyed our stay. A couple concerns we had were that the internet facilities were down both days of our stay, and we were stuck in an elevator for approx. 15-20 minutes. (The elevator would move from floor to floor, but the doors would not open.) We pressed the emergency buttom finally, and an after- hours assistant helped us get the doors to operate properly. When I reported this occurance to the front desk, it did not seem to be a big concern of the hotel's. They commented that they have had previous problems, and they would report it again. It was a little scary for me however.
On a brighter side, the front desk staff were helpful for the most part, and we really liked having a free shuttle service.
