worn and tired.
this hotel is worn and tired, the photos of the hotel are very misleading and in general i would say this hotel is a two star at most,lifts not working, carpets coming away. even if it does have a pool.
one evening we were back from an early evening out and we thought we would go to the bar as it was early 8.45p.m. this was closed and we had to have room service, which they charged for. which i thought was grossley unfair because they had no staff.
i would only recommend this as a one night hotel. i.e passing through

Very nice Hotel, desk and clean people...
Very nice Hotel, desk and clean people are very nice and efficent. The hotel was clean and beauty, some shop are close but from the Parramatta CBD if you must walk there are 15 minutes, to Sydney CBD 20 minutes of train. Overall i sone of best Hotel in this area and one of cheapset.

We recently stayed at Mercure Parramatta, it was a good time of us. The hotel was well located on the fringe of Parramatta. The room was really big, clean and well equipped. Hotel staffs were fine. I love Eureka resturant it was available for 24 hours .  This is the best hotel around Parramatta.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay...
I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Mercure Parramatta Hotel. It was the first time I had stayed in a hotel in Sydney. The location was excellent. The desk people were courteous. The room was spotless. Overall this is a great place to stay.
