Fanastic location right in the centre of Perth easy access to all tourist attractions and shopping. Tourist booking office next door to hotel and great bike hire shop further up the road on Hay Street. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room large and comfortable, my balcony gave part view of Swan River because it was located on top floor, lower floors not so lucky. Swimming pool on roof. Hotel had very 70's feel because decor a bit dated, dark wood furniture naff looking carpets but given the cost of stay very good value for money. If you want to be in the centre of everything, on a budget, then this hotel gives good value for money. Would I stay again? Yes.
