We were impressed by the fabulous location of the hotel. Although somewhat smallish and without fanciful facilities it provides bicycles for hire. Access to King's Park is just about a couple of minutes walk away. One could get into the city by free CAT bus, if not driving. And there is ample parking if you do drive.
The "Deluxe" room was adequate for our neeeds and better value than may we have used in the UK of a higher Star rating.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Good breakfast available at a reasonable cost and the one meal we had in the restaurant could not be faulted for value.
Free city transfer bus stops right outside every 15 mins.
Good access to Perth highway system from the hotel.

We arrived at this hotel early in the morning but our rooms were ready. The staff were very helpful. This is a family run concern, they have another hotel in Sydney. The small pool and garden are ideal after a hot day out. The restaurant on site serves a good breakfast and wholesome food in the evening. The position with Kings Park behind is marvellous and with views over the Swan River. The free bus stops outside the hotel to take you into Perth. Would definitely stay again.
We found the hotel to have everything that we needed, the location was great, the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Will certainly use again if we return to Australia.
We stayed twice at the hotel. Once when we booked in advance our first time in Perth and second when we came back to Perth after traveling for 3 weeks.
There is a free bus line into central Perth from the front door of the hotel. They also provide a free internet terminal to there guest along with free parking.
The delux room we had included an icebox and coffee/tea making equipement permitting us to have breakfast in the room.
The hotel is about a 30 minute slow walk from downtown Perth. We walked back one evening after dinner; the walk was very pleasant.
Good hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.Good views not far from the lovely Kings Park. Only down side a bit far out from city centre, although there is a free bus from outside.
Perfectly placed for an overnight stop. Don't think we would use it for more than a couple of nights as there was quite a lot of noise by other guests (doors banging, loud voices etc), we are used to peace and quiet at night. Unfortunately we didn't have time to test out the swimming pool.
Staff were very friendly and quick to advise on routes to take, places to visit etc.

Friendly helpful staff and an excellent location for geting around the city and local areas. Very good for the single traveller as the Sullivans hotel was quite personal and friendly. Clean, nice pool and reasonably priced food available.
