Our stay there was very pleasant, the room was very nice, and everything absolutely all right. The hotel is located in a very nice place, with a nice view,and not very far from the station, shops and restaurants (10-15 min).

I would recommend the Esplanade Hotel to...
I would recommend the Esplanade Hotel to others, however I suggest that they do not take rooms on the eighth floor due to the function room on the ninth floor and the general background noise present in the rooms. We also had a room on the seventh floor, this was o.k. the views from these floors are outstanding and I suggest that this should be promoted far more than at present. We cannot comment on the dining facilities because we did not use them. We would have used the bar, but it was never open. If we visit Perth again we would stop here without hesitation.

Room very comfortable. Very good view of...
Room very comfortable. Very good view of Swan River and within easy walking distance of the river and the town centre. Only downside was that the hotel did not have a bar or a restaurant (the restaurant was only open for breakfast) and there were not many bars or restaurants within easy reach of the hotel.
