For over night accomodation and location this hotel was fine, we had a deluxe room which was basic, only a double bed, would only use for a single night. not as long term holiday accomodation.
When i arrived i found the reception staff could hardly be bothered!
The a/c was very poor,not cold enough!
The car park attendent was very rude and aggresive,i was having work done to my car at the time and found this woman very,very nasty!
And you are charged $25.00,overhall not very satisfying!!!

It would have been good to have been told that the taxi we asked the person on the front desk to order for us, was likely not to turn up - BOFORE he rang it , not AFTER we had waited for half an hour for it.
We found the location ideal and making easy access to the city centre and for the bus routes. We would highly recommend it to anyone who asks us where they could stay in Perth. Thank you for the good service.
friendly staff, adequate room but ask for one facing out towards the river - some of them face towards the town (office block view). best 4th floor or above to get best view above the trees. slight hill to town but nothing major and about a 10 minute walk to heart of Perth shopping centre. 5 minutes across the park to marina. slight problem with late arrival but staff very happy to sort this out and was upgraded. would definitely stay here again.
