BUS TRANSFER.

By the Sea Port Douglas will arrange for a driver to pick you up from Cairns Airport and bring you to their door.

The bus driver will be in the arrivals lounge waiting for you with a board with your name on it (and do not worry if your flight is running late as the bus company tracks the flights and will still be waiting for you).

BY CAR.

The good news about Port Douglas is that there is only one road to get there, Turn right at the end of the exit road of Cairns airport and keep going north.

After you have left Cairns you will drive up a lovely scenic road full of deserted beaches (be careful how you drive though, because it is a very windy road and the stunning views of the sea are distracting).

After about 1 hour after leaving the airport, you will see a turn off to Port Douglas on the right.

Go directly down that road until you reach the end, where you turn right onto Macrossan Street toward the sea, and we are the last resort on the left before the beach.
