This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel in the past two years; testimony to its suitability, location, service and cost.
We stayed here over the Christmas period...
We stayed here over the Christmas period with two children and their grandmother. Unfortunately the hotel got the booking wrong so 4 of us ended up in one room but it was so spacious that it didn't matter and the attitude of the hotel frontdesk staff about their mistake was great.They really did go out of their way to be helpful and accomodating.
Location is perfect for families and breakfast was excellent value. Bar service wasn't very friendly so we tended to go out to eat and drink in the evening.Location fantastic-very close to beach and very easy to get into melbourne either by tram or by car.

A nice beachfront hotel with good access...
A nice beachfront hotel with good access to trams into city ..staff friendly ..morning and evening buffet meals good ..also snacks from bar only downside hotel looks tired and could do with a freshen up ..would stya here again

Great location for the beach; tram stops just opposite the hotel to get into town easily. Service very efficient when needed. Gym pretty basic but OK. Accessible internet room. Perfect for 2/3 day stopover

Poor service with a smile, poor aging facilities, good view, definately won`t stay here again.
