We chose this place as was available with room format we required for Gold Cup stay. Was being renovated & if done to standard of others the group has in town will be much improved. Very handy for tram & has a selection of bars & restraunts on door step. All in all good value for money.

Great rooms, friendly staff. Just be aware that Saturday night there is a club next door and the music resonates all night. No problem Friday Sunday or monday. And the position is brilliant!!!!

Pretty average, location was ok. Good for those on a budget.

All went well. Only, house keeping was supposed to make the bed and empty trash bin everyday. They only emptied bin and never made the bed in 6 days - even though I had complained to reception on day 3. Overall though is a neat, well located, competitive priced and safe place to be in S. Kilda.

Very nice area to stay if you want party. Very noise as the tram doesn't stop and you can hear people all night around on the street as are a lot of pubs and clubs. Good communications to the city (10 min on the tram) and good location to have meals and snacks. As I said, nicer if you are one of the youngster.
