Be warned....... I booked what I thought was a great little apartment on Acland Street in the heart of St Kilda, imagining nice dinner, couple of bars and a good rest before strolling along the beach to the market in the morning. When checking in we discovered that our apartment was actually 5 mins drive away from where the reception was located - next to nowhere and right next to the train line. Our room was even right next to the entrance and our bedroom was street facing so we could hear everyone coming and going.
Good rates for a nigh in th city to watch a game or visit mates but no good for couples wanting a special night!!!
