Getting There
From southern Tasmania,
Depart Hobart along the Brooker Highway through the northern suburbs.

At Granton, follow the Lyell Highway (A10) through New Norfold, Hamilton and Ouse.
Allow five hours for a comfortable journey, including stops along the way to admire the magnificent vistas of Lake Clair, the smoothing rhythms of Nelson Falls, or to explore The Wall in the Wilderness, a stunning art installation at Derwent Bridge.

From the north of the state,
Head through the Cradle Mountain link road (accessible from Burnie, Devonport or Launceston) and on the A10 through the mining towns of Tullah, Roseberry and Zeehan.

Travel time from Cradle Mountain to Strahan is 2 hours.
