Breakfast in the Hotel & some minor problems
Dear Customer Service,
I'm not complaining the quality of food in the hotel, but I was charged twice for the breakfast ( 2 x $17.95) in the same morning, please check the date May 01, 2012 (Breakfast Direct), can you please refund $17.95 into my credit card? Thank you in advance for your help.
There are also some minor problems can be improved. The internet service was not satisfactory, the line works intermittently, I paid one hour service and the line down for more than half hour.
The toilet in room 313 kept leaking water after the flush, receptionist sent one service man to repair the toilet tank, but it worked only for one flush and leaking again.
