The hotel is very good in general....
The hotel is very good in general. The room is large, clean, although there is no view. Higher floor rooms seem to be better. The service is excellent. I would stay there again should I go back to Sydney.

We really enjoyed our stay at your...
We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The staff were lovely and very courtious and always there and willing to help. They had a vast knowlege in relation to the city and the quickest and easiest ways to get to our destination. The location of the hotel is very central- a few minutes to Darling Harbour and 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre (what more could people ask for). I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends in New Zealand. My daughter and myself would like to thank you and the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

every thing was wonderful except: heater was...
every thing was wonderful except: heater was out of order we had to use portable heater(can Imagine this in a 4 star hotel!). bed was not comfortable. we were in the 10th floor and we still could hear cars noise.

The location is excellent as it is...
The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to Darling Harbour and the Mono Rail. Really handy. Price is reasonable and services are good. We would stay here again for our next trip.

The room was perfect view of Darling...
The room was perfect view of Darling Harbour and very close to the restrant, shopping center. Although, this area is not popular as Circular Quay where is near the tourist spots such as the Harbour Bridge or the Opera House, I will strongly recommend for the budget traveller. The station Town Hall is quite convenienct place to transfer. Also, it is two block ahead is China Town and you can have reasonable price for good food.
