We arrived late at night and tired,...
We arrived late at night and tired, but were quite delighted to see the lovely and spacious room which had everything we could have asked for.  The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff gracious.  We'd love to stay there again!

They are not so helpful when checking...
They are not so helpful when checking in. No Luggage service. the house keeper keeps coming in even signed not to disturb. When i was cheking out, they tried to charge full amount with Breakfast though I pre-paid whole amount before checking in. Quite dissapointed with the service they provide, especially it is rated to 4 star.

A lovely hotel with excellent well equipped rooms, helpful staff, a convenient downtown location and fabulous breakfasts. A great place to see the city from.

Great location for easy city access, shopping...
Great location for easy city access, shopping and drinking coffee (or beer)! And the Grace has a few decent eating & drinking venues of its own. All the facilities were fine (except the hole in the bath and the phone that never worked). We would stay there again.

Great location for us - neither in...
Great location for us - neither in Darling Harbour, nor around Circular Quay, but being roughly equidistant from both and close to the shopping area means central Sydney on foot is no problem. When I managed to lose one of my contact lenses down the sink, a maintenance man was sent up straightaway and couldn't have been more obliging or polite. All in all, the Grace is a welcome antidote to the Hilton/Sheraton stereotype. Will definitely return.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The location is in the heart of the city, and a very short walk from both Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. Breakfast on the ground floor next to the opened floor to ceiling windows is a good way to wake up. The price is right. I would stay here again. While I was staying there, the hotel seemed to attract an unusual mix of Aussie business travellers and very large, well-behaved Japanese youth groups.

Great location for easy city access, shopping and drinking coffee (or beer)! And the Grace has a few decent eating & drinking venues of its own. All the facilities were fine (except the hole in the bath and the phone that never worked). We would stay there again, but only at the asia-hotels.com price of USD 110 per night which offered great VFM...any more would have been too much.
