This so called hotel is the worst...
This so called hotel is the worst run I have ever had the misfortune to stay at. Even contacting head office in France, fell on deaf ears. We found that management couldn't care less about it's patron. Accor are certainly slipping down the rungs in service, of that there is NO doubt. At least in Fawlty Towers,one could laugh but not at the treatment here. Feel free to contact me.

The hotel does not have a tub...
The hotel does not have a tub just a shower. If you need to wash clothers they have a washing machine but only one washer and one dryer.

It is a good hotel at an...
It is a good hotel at an excellent location. Minutes away from Darling harbour and 20 minutes walk from Circular Quay. Train station, monorail stations, bus connections are all just a walking distance. Pitt Street mall is just 10 minutes walk and Greater Union cinemas are also around the corner. Location for a hotel cannot be better.

Clean enough, but pretty small. Good location. We had less and less towels everyday, but they fixed it after we complained. Small shower room. Some of the staffs were very nice

Value for money hotel. Staff are friendly...
Value for money hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy reach to many parts of the city, such as Darling Harbour, Queen Victoria Building, on foot. Many good places to eat around the area.
