Always exceeds expectations..

This was my second stay at Sheraton on the Park. Once again everything was perfect from the time I arrived until the time I checked out. Every single staff member I encountered on both occasions was extremely pleasant, attentive and helpful. You are always made to feel very welcome and cared about. We needed a knife to cut a birthday cake, so we called reception and it was delivered in 2 minutes, and with a smile. The room once again was great, very spacious (huge classy bathroom) and clean. Check in/check out extremely quick, no fuss. Full buffet breakfast = awesome! So much variety and the food was so yummy and fresh. Will not stay anywhere else in Sydney other than here. Well done Sheraton on the Park Sydney.

The room overlooking the park was huge...

The room overlooking the park was huge - felt almost like a suite. An expensive hotel, not one I'd normally stay in, but a good experience. The staff checked us in very early as well. I'm glad breakfast was included because if we'd payed for it separately it would have been overpriced - better to pop out and find a nice cafe. The service was excellent at breakfast. My only quibble - no free range eggs! In Melbourne where I come from every decent cafe has only free range eggs (but I don't know about the big hotels). Sheraton, if you're reading this, think of the poor chooks in their cages! Simply gorgeous location on the park and near the botanical gardens and domain.

It was good place to stay. Close...

It was good place to stay. Close to all things to do in Sydney. Not the best if you have very young kids as they will no have anything to do. A little disappointed that the hotel could not help or negotiate airport pick for us as we need child seats and it has hard to get a cab.

A very enjoyable stay in the heart...

A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Sydney, the Sheraton on the Park is highly recommended to other travelers who wish to stay in a top class Hotel, the staff are excellent, very friendly and carry out their work cheerfully and efficiently,nothing is too much trouble, you only have to ask and it is done. I look foreward to my next visit to Sydney

We loved our stay at the Sheraton...

We loved our stay at the Sheraton On the Park in Sydney It was a bit above our usual price range for business accommodation but there were very few rooms available at that time in Sydney in lower priced hotels. ( We were very glad) The staff were so accommodating, the complimentary breafast was amazing. Our room overlooked Hyde Park. The accommodation was top of the line. We travelled elsewhere in Australia & rebooked our last night in Australia at the Sheraton On The Park. Our experience at the Sheraton On the Park made our first trip to Australia ( & our 40th wedding anniversary) truly memorable. Your truly Janet & Marc Cote
