Very basic but clean and friendly. Close to everything you need, well everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting clean basic friendly enviroment that is affordable

The staff were very friendly and helpfull...
The staff were very friendly and helpfull even when we arrived very early they found us a room straight away. They were very informative and hepled us when ever we asked them to. The breakfast was excellent and very good value for money. The accomodation was basic but very clean and everything we needed especially the laundry facilities. We would definately consider staying again if we are in that area.

I enjoyed my stay at Sullivan's Hotel...
I enjoyed my stay at Sullivan's Hotel very much and would recommend it to anyone.  Not only is the location ideal for everything in Sydney, more important, the staff are very accommodating and made my stay very enjopyable.

We very much enjoyed our stay at...
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sullivans Hotel in Sydney. The staff were very pleasant. The room was comfortable although whenever we went in the room it smelt of stale smoke which does not occur in other hotels smoking rooms. The drains in the bathroom smelt awful and the carpet in the room was dirty. Apart from that we would like to give a higher rating than 6 if the above small points had been rectified.

I would use the hotel again and...
I would use the hotel again and recommend it to my friends on the basis that the staff were very friendly and obliging, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is within walking distance of the city, and easily accessible by the city transport It is good value.

It's a good location and overall good...
It's a good location and overall good for the business traveller who only wants somewhere to sleep. Rooms are small and the equipment a bit too basic.

I would definitely recommend it to a...
I would definitely recommend it to a friend, and I would stay there again. Bathrooms could use heaters for chillier times of year. Great location, though: walking distance to Darlinghurst, CBD, CityRail (Museum Station), etc.
