The location is excellent,close to where-ever you...
The location is excellent,close to where-ever you want to go.The price is good.They look after you,and the buffet breakfast is the best thing of the whole day, I have stayed twice now in 2001 and have booked again in Feb for 20 days, I highly recommend this hotel, I would not go elsewhere, (Richard said it all.)

Located in the centre of Sydney, easy reach of all sights and public transport, plenty of taxis cruising by. Excellent value for money, both for business and leisure; very friendly and helpful staff, would certainly stay there again!

Staff very friendly and helpful - even...
Staff very friendly and helpful - even though a mix-up between Asia-Hotels and them on my arrival date, still found a room for me. Very helpful with tips on sightseeing. Nice international yet unpretentious ambience.

Tidy and quietly stylish rooms if small. Excellent value. One note: the Hotel restaurant (Paradiso?) is not open on a Monday.

The staff here are excellent in every...
The staff here are excellent in every way, they will go far out of their way to help you whenever they can. The location of the hotel is one of the best I've seen in Sydney, within 1 min of Town Hall rail station, a short walk to Circular Quay (harbour bridge and opera house area) or Oxford Street and Kings Cross (the cool shopping/entertainment districts) or Darling Harbour (the upmarket but less exciting entertainment area).

Air conditioning in room 316 didn't work....
Air conditioning in room 316 didn't work. Host summoned a taxi for us and helped with bags. Unexpected! Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well situated for most purposes.

This is a great hotel due to...
This is a great hotel due to its value, location and it came with a choice of fruit/muesli/yogurt breakfast or bacon/eggs/toast breakfast. It's a 15 minute walk to the harbour or a 2 minute walk to Hyde Park one way or China Town the other direction. The staff were very helpful in locating a golf course, restaurants etc. The standard room is standard with a queen bed but a large bathroom. This is our second stay and we would recommend it to others.
