Boutique style service in a decent size....
Boutique style service in a decent size. Extremely comfortable rooms in old world charm. Pool is to die for. Service is unobstrusive, private and confidential. The major setback is location and limted views from rooms.

Very over rated hotel. Not in a good area. May have some 'old' world charm' but not enough for the cost. More of a posh motel than a 'leading hotel of the world.

I would not rate this as a five star hotel. Serious problems with noise levels between the rooms. Staff attitude only appeared helpful it you were spending money in their restuarants.

The Observatory Hotel is absolutely fantastic for...
The Observatory Hotel is absolutely fantastic for sheer quality, service and sumptious hotel rooms, I stayed there a couple of years ago and it was luxury with a capital L! near to most of Sydneys shops and nightlife, I cannot recommend the Observatory enough, and the breakfast was magnificent, really everything you can imagine is catered for.
