the staff wasn't absolutely friendly, nobody say...
the staff wasn't absolutely friendly, nobody say hello or goodbye (never); the room was very cold, the air conditioner didn't work, the breakfast was absolutely ridiculous (!) the wireless internet service didn't work good and the service stopped.

The hotel was in a good location....
The hotel was in a good location. The size of the room with 4 beds was pretty cramped. I knew we were doing shared facilities but I guess I'm not a world traveler and didn't expect the men's bath to be located directly across from us and ours was down the hall. It said YWCA so even though I didn't actually expect that no men would be there, I guess I didn't realize each floor would be coed. But I will say that the front desk people were extremely pleasant and helpful so I guess if you know exactly what you're getting, it's not bad. People should also realize that continental breakfast in Aus means toast and/or cereal and that is all.

Please don't take airport link train from...
Please don't take airport link train from airport to Museum station which is near to the hotel because the Museum station doesn't have a lift or escalator. Therefore, it is very tired to take the big luggage to climb the stair case.

Everything is acceptable. The room size is a bit small, deluxe room. The cleanliness is good, but the best thing of this hotel is established at quite good location, very trainstation (Museum station), Central area. Not too far by walk.

The hotel is perfectly located. The rooms are not very spacious and quite old furnished. Breakfast is included but very poor. For budget travellers is really too expensive for what you get.

The hotel is very central. It is clean and efficient and friendly. It provides extremely good value for money, giving you all that you need at a very reasonable price. For this, you get rooms that are not over large and a breakfsst that is decent and of good quality but basic. As long as you are not looking for a luxury hotel you will be very pleased indeed with this hotel.

Location is in walking distance to harbour...
Location is in walking distance to harbour and downtown! Room was very small and old and carpet was not very clean. Shared bathroom was used. Bathroom was alright but nothing special. Breakfast was good for this price. We had to wait for 2 hours until we could move into our room even though we were told to be back at a special time.
