the family room has 2 single beds and 1 queen which is quite value for $. toiletries, tea/coffee/ cookies are provided with the usual kettle and fridge. it's a great deal because there's also a microwave included! not fully carpeted but it's comfortable enough.
beds are a little too soft and initially when i stepped in, was worried about bed bugs but it's surprising clean.
what I really didn't like was that there's no lift, so it's difficult for people with knees problems, elderly people (like my parents) and with large luggages to lug up 3 floors~! the hotel should state that there's no lifts upfront
