The only reason why anyone would stay...
The only reason why anyone would stay there is because it's close to the stadium. Unless you''ve got to attend sports meetings or any conference held there, you would not go all the way to homebush which is a distance away from attractions.

The IBIS has been renovated and it...
The IBIS has been renovated and it is excellent value for money and ideally located at Olympic Park for people attending any events there. I stayed in a twin room and while the room is not large, it is very comfortable.

Rooms were very basic & small but...
Rooms were very basic & small but serve the purpose we needed it for - ie concert at Acer Arena, i wouldnt stay there otherwise though. The bar fridge was tiny & was no ice facilities, the pay tv only had sport & news. The staff on the desk were VERY FRIENDLY and did a great job.

It was adequate for my needs. I asked for a wake up call on the day I left but did not get one. The taxi I ordered when leaving was there on time.

We had a lovely stay with you. We found the room to be very clean and we were most happy The staff were very attentive and obliging. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and just right. Thank you very much We will hope to come again when there is a concert which we will enjoy.

This is the third time we have...
This is the third time we have stayed at the Ibis at Olympic Park and the service is gradually getting worse. This time we had to park across the street and still pay for the service, we were orginally put into a room with two single beds instead of a double (handy for a marriaged couple)and the women on the front reception counter were not helpful as before. Hopefully they will improve as the location and value is great

When I arrived at the Ibis I had been told that my room was actually upgraded to the Novotel Accor. So basically I was very happy with that.

Overall I was happy with my stay....
Overall I was happy with my stay. I stayed here because I found the price on asiarooms had not yet been over inflated like they normally are when theres a concert on at the Olympic Park. Would only stay here again if I was as lucky with the price as I was. NOrmally you would pay up to $300 p/n while there are special events on, no way would I pay that for such a small room!!! Also the air con did not work. Had maintance up 3 times. Everytime they insisted that we had the windows open which automatically sensors the aircon to turn off. Which we had not!! In the end we had to sleep with the windows open as it was so hot in the room! We spend a lot of our time in the lobby as it was nice and cool. If the price is right and your there for an event, location is awesome!! Atmosphere down at the pub is great afterwards for a drink. Check in & Check out was easy and friendly.
