The hotel was fine for a 1...
The hotel was fine for a 1 night stop over either side of our yacht cruise. Rooms are a decent size and clean which is the most important thing though I would not have wanted to stay there for much longer as facilities are very basic and it is a 30 min walk into Airlie beach town centre or a 9 AUD cab ride.

I highly suggest staying at the Club...
I highly suggest staying at the Club Crocodile Resort. As you can see in the picture, the hotel is wrapped around a small forest like thing, and you can hear the waterfalls and birds from the front door of your room. The rooms face inward on these gardens and forest like things with waterfalls running through them, and it's all open from above, no roof. When we compared with price... this hotel is very inexpensive for Australia living cost. ;) Value for the money.
