The hotel is great with all the activities, pools and kid's clubs but the service and hospitality from many members of staff was appalling. On three occassions we went for a meal at different places to find out after we had paid that there was hardly any food left. We were overcharged on 4 different items on our bill, when we questioned the receptionist we were treated rudely and were never offered an apology. The staff are in desperate need of some training and should work on their customer service skills.
