The reception at this hotel are using...
The reception at this hotel are using junior staff,they were not welcoming you as a guest they even told me to leave the car in front of the hotel . the following day it was picked up from the door in front of the hotel where I had to pay 200Euro penalty. Generally it was my first time to go for NH hoteles and based on their standards I belive it is my last time .
