A bed & breakfast located in the 8th district close to the Ring Straße and all it’s imperial buildings. Thanks to our location and the excellent connection to the public transportation families and guests who are set out to do a lot of sightseeing can reach Vienna’s major attractions very easily. Set on a side road of Alserstrasse, which offers guests a quick and easy access to the sights of the city.

Our rooms are situated between the first and the third floor of an residential house. An elevator is existend. All rooms and well equipped with shower or bath, toilet , telephone, TV and minibar.

AREA INFORMATION
Our bed & breakfast is located in Josefstadt, the 8th district of Vienna. Josefstadt is in area the smallest district of Vienna. In todays Josefstadt you’ll find a large number of patrician houses built before 1919, some of them from the Biedermeier and historicism periods, also baroque suburban residences.
This district is a typical residential area interspersed with office buildings, doctors´ and lawyers´ offices, restaurants and bars. - Palaces: Strozzi Palace, Auersperg Palace, Schönborn Palace, Damian Palace - churches: Weißspanierkirche (Trinitarian church, since 1784 Franciscan), Piraristenkirche (church of the Piarist Order) & Piaristenkloster (monastery)

PARKING INFORMATION

The whole city center is a short parking area liable to charges. In the 8th district where our house is located you are only allowed to park the car for 2 hours. Short parking is true daily from Monday till Friday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
We offer our guests reduced parking tickets for the public garage Otto-Wagner-Platz (approx. 5 minutes walking distance from the Pension). You can enter the garage when you arrive and pull a parking ticket. At the reception you will receive a hotel parking card (1 day – 24 hours Euro 12,00), which has to be paid with us!
At your departure the fee of the pulled parking ticket will be charged on the hotel parking card and then you are able to leave the garage. If you should exceed the validity of the card, you have to pay the balance directly at the garage. read more
