Nice hotel, Beautiful view on the Royal Palace and the Mandalay Hill. Nice swimming pool. Good evening buffet.

A typical 'large' business hotel. A louzy...
A typical 'large' business hotel. A louzy aircon system, working on and off, not soemthing you would expect from the best (most expensive) hotel in town. Moreover we found additional items/products were ridiculously priced in proportion to the room price(and prices elsewhere in Myanmar): eg Internet for $12 per hour etc.

The Receptionists and staff were helpful and...
The Receptionists and staff were helpful and polite. I was extremely pleased with the view in the room that faces the Mandalay mountain and the corner of the old Palace. Thanks to the receptionist! The overall ambience of the hotel was good though except for the aircondition in the room. It was not cold enough even when tuned to the maximum. I would also suggest the hotel to change those pillows that are flat and due for expiry. S. Lee Singapore

A very good choice for Mandalay for...
A very good choice for Mandalay for those we are looking for a confortable place to rest after a long day touring pagodas. We were upgraded to a junior suite and we enjoyed the calm and the kindness of the staff. The Italian restaurant is quite disapointing though. The spa is very good with some real Thai massage. They do accept credit cards (Visa).

Very nice hotel ,and helpful staff. Got very nice view from my room, better than the view from Mandalay hill,actually. :p I'm definitely going to stay at this hotel again.

The new Sedona in Mandalay is really...
The new Sedona in Mandalay is really a topnotch hotel, and fully worthy of its rating. Both public areas and rooms are very well-decorated and comfortable. Our room had a direct view of the palace. Hotel staff were helpful in helping us sort out a cash advance and in storing luggage. Hotel has excellent facilities include a large swimming pool and modern work-out room. Looked A+ for conferences.
