Very well located, allowing to go by foot to the main sites, it is a valuable hotel. Good service, fairly large rooms.
One slight regret : a certain lack of charm due to the deco, a little kitsch and old fashioned, which could be improved.
The location of this hotel is across from the US Embassy and Wat Phnom. The location is excellant with most sights within a short distance. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony room, but no outside furniture was provided.
The restaurant menu was initially very good, but they had the same offerings daily, and became boring.
The area was very safe and modern. Taxis were easily available through the hotel. The spa was very relaxing and clean. This hotel is good value for your money.
This hotel and its employees really understand what meeting customer expectations is all about. The level of English language proficiency is certainly better than expected. It provides value for money.

Great hotel, good location, excellent breakfast. Five minutes from down town. Tuk Tuks and Taxies right at the front door to take you to the restaurants along the River (1 USD). Accross the street at the Wat Phnom Temple there are Monkeys you can feed or just play around with.
The Sunway is well located not too far from the centre of town but in a quiet area. The hotel is starting to look in need of a refurbishment but it is good value for money. The staff were extremely helpful. We stayed there on our way to and from Siem Reap so they stored a large suitcase for us without any trouble. They also arranged for a very good taxi driver Mr Pho Meth who took us all around the city and waited patiently. I would thoroughly recommend him.
A reletively expensive hotel (bearing in mind what good value Cambodia is) but a good one. It's just missing a swimming pool. I would stay there again.
