The location is quite convenient to central...
The location is quite convenient to central market and the Tonle Sap where the nights come alive. Service is good and staff spoke good English. Hotel and rooms are compatible with a 4-star rating.

Great location that is easy for all...
Great location that is easy for all tuk tuk and motos to identify. Breakfast is pretty decent and the rates is good. Service is great and the tour desk staff are especially helpful and offered practical suggestions rather than sell package tours. They helped us arrange for taxis and also order bus tickets to Siem Reap. Overall it was a great experience, and even better than our experience at Le Meridien in Siem Reap which we paid more than double the cost at Sunway!

This hotel was a welcome relief after touring through Cambodia for some time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and lived up to an "upper-echelon" billing. Location near Wat Phnom and the river made for easy trekking. The Sunway appears to have cornered the market on tour groups and businessman. This is OK except for some tour groups get very loud at times. Seems to have weathered the storms and is doing well. Easy to acquire transport from hotel, either in cab or on moto, the preferred transport around Phnom Penh.

A pool would be great and a...
A pool would be great and a second restaurant would give more choice. Food was very good. Great location next to Wat Phnom Penh. The front desk staff don't know much about arranging onward travel - no tour desk in the hotel.

The hotel went out of its way...
The hotel went out of its way to facilitate a very important meeting and dinner for me for high level govt officials at very short notice. The service was excellent, nothing but the highest praise, I would not stay anywhere else in Pnom Penh.
