Nice Hotel
We had a nice stay in this hotel before traveling to Siem Reap the one thing that was missing was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Very clean and nice dining room and plenty of tuk tuks outside the hotel we had a guy called Sun Sun who took us to the killing fields and then on to the Russian Market started at 7 a.m our choice and finished about 2 p.m a good day.

Disappointed!!!!
I chose his hotel because of its pictures, rooms look nice on web site but in fact it's just the reception who was renovated. The room is dated around year 70's. Carpet is old and dirty, no hair dryer in the room, everything is dated and dirty. Staffs team is ok. It's the first time I see a hotel turn their lights off at the reception all night and the main entrance was closed after 10 pm. The front keeper slept under the table and leave your key rooms on the table, you serve yourselve!! I strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope the owner will hire a professional to manage this hotel or sell it to someone else.

Lucky Stay
We were very lucky to arrive in Phnom Penh during the Water Festival which we had not planned for. The Regent Park was the perfect location to enjoy the festivities from as it was right in the heart of the action, and despite the noise from the celebration the room was insulated from any noise disruption. We were very happy with the room it-self as it was a very high spek and very stylish for a 3 star!. The hotel was very tastefully designed with a relaxed feel. We didnt eat dinner in the restaurant however, we did have a few main dishes through room service and the quality was very good.

Not bad but could be better
I have read other peoples comments on this hotel, I was concerned that it may be a disapointment. The hotel is reasonably located, slightly away from the night life but close to the palace, 2USd by tuck tuck and you get to the night life though. The air con machines were ok but leaked water onto the carpet, room security was poor, no safes in the rooms and only a brown sealed envelope was offered for the main hotel safe, not really good enough. I stayed at this place twice, once in a standard room and once in a suite, the suite was newer and much better, but still having said that, the table in the room had a hole in it. This hotel is trying to be something it just isn't. I have travelled throughout Cambodia and to be fair it was in comparison very good, but still along way off western standards. Would I recommend it or stay again, probably not, but to be fair it wasn't all bad, it was okay. I have stayed in Phnom Phen before before and my hotel experience was no better on that occassion either. I suggest that anyone travelling to Cambodia just needs to lower their expectations

The exterior and lobby are quite modern...
The exterior and lobby are quite modern and chic looking. This contrasts with the room which looked a little dated in comparison. Some of the bathroom fixtures looked like they could use some replacing but were in decent shape. No hairdryer was available in the room or on request. Location is close to the Royal Palace and reasonably walkable to the quay area.

Can see that the hotel was renovated...
Can see that the hotel was renovated recently. This room was ok. But the other room wasn't (stayed there again a few days later). Location wise good, after all, Phnom Penh is small. Breakfast good and the restaurant is cosy and nice. Staff are friendly and very helpful. But kind of short of manpower. Sometimes front desk is empty. There aren't many hotels in Phnom Penh, so this hotel is considered good, unless you are willing to fork out much more money for a better one. Though next to the road, it was surprisingly quiet. Do not try the restaurant near the hotel, about 30 metres away in the direction towards the Royal Palace. It is terrible.

We were very disappointed with the entrance of the hotel. There was no lobby since it was renovated. No safe present all though it was mentioned there would be one. Breakfast was included but limited. The room was nice and so was the restaurant's ambiance. I was told that the hotel was transferred into a service apartment facility.

The hotel is a little tired, but renovations were underway at the time of my visit, and I think it will be improved. The restuaranthas been upgrade and is very smart. The staff were extremely helpful, and I had left my mobile phone behind after my first visit. The staff found it and held it until I returned a week later, much to my relief. Location is very convenient to the sights and restaurants at the Quay.

The hotel is under massive renovations. They say they start only at 9am, but in fact they start at 8am and even earlier with drilling and hammering. Also water turned off with little notice. The hotel will be nice when renovations are finished, but this will be a long time.

The hotel is located quite convenient, within walking distance to the Royal Palace and the river. Rooms could be more modern but for the accommodation price it is ok. After check-out a private driver was arranged for the way to the airport to the normal taxi fee.
