The hotel room was spacious and the service was generally good. They need to improve a little on the quality of breakfast. Overall it is very clean, room service was delicious. I would recommend it to friends.

Overall a very good hotel for an exceptional price. The hotel location is good, about a 3 minute drive to the riverside. I wouldn't suggest walking there eventhough it looks close on the map because its very difficult to walk in Phnom Penh due to the lack of sidewalks and traffic lights. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the central market and shopping mall where you can load up on t-shirts and the newest movies. The hotel is very clean, modern and serves a decent breakfast. There are internet cafes all around, and very good food served within a block or two of the hotel. The nightlife is only 4 blocks away. The area does get a little seedy at night, but I think that's an issue with almost all of Phnom Penh, I never felt unsafe, but I really didn't venture out very late at night. Don't pay more than 1.50 for an tuk tuk ride near the hotel, even riverside.
