I specifically booked a hotel with a...
I specifically booked a hotel with a swimming pool, only to get there on 35 degree heat to find it empty. The manager's response: we had to do programmed maintenance and we told Asia rooms 2 weeks ago. Even though the company had another hotel with a working swimimng pool, they wouldn't put me there because it was more expensive, so the only option I got on a Saturday afternoon with a very tired family including children, was for them not to honour my reservation and for me to look for another hotel. Great help! considering I booked over 2 months in advance and also the fact that the hotel is not in such a central location as they claim. Bathtub was full of hair and muck stuck to the sides.

The safe didn't work, the buffet breakfast...
The safe didn't work, the buffet breakfast was not on one day. The hotel is doing renovations, does it need it. No money spent since the 1980. This is a run down hotel from the 1980. Not the best location. Friendly staff. These mech better and cheaper places to stay.

The hotel is under construction at the...
The hotel is under construction at the moment although the site says only kitch is due to maintenance. The hotel was covered under a thick layer of dust. Room itself looked like the carpet was stripped off and they forgot to place a new one. No loungers by the pool and the restaurant looked like an earthquake just passed. Internet was not working at all. Location is not the best in town since you have to take a taxi to go to the main touristic and restaurant areas. Staff was friendly and helpful and maybe after renovations this hotel is functional again but now is not the right time to book your stay here.

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel....
I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. They were doing extensive renovation of the dining room and foyer and therefore there were workman everywhere - this had not been mentioned in the blurb. I booked this hotel because it had a pool and we wanted to spend the first few days of the holiday relaxing by the side of the pool. We did use the pool but it was not comfortable because of work going on round about us. I had booked a deluxe room, the room was certainly not deluxe - we also had a room in Siem Reap which was 1/2 the price and much better quality. After a great deal of persuasion, the operations manager reluctantly allowed us to check out late (6pm rather than noon) on our last day as some form of compensation. Good points: a free safe in the room, staff doing their best under difficult circumstances.

Good Place to stay, good pool, great...
Good Place to stay, good pool, great service, good location, if you eat of drink at the hotel its a bit pricy but they are ok with you bring in drinks from the street - and a karioke bar lols

Excellent value for money as the rooms...
Excellent value for money as the rooms are good size and the bathrooms clean and modern. Good service with English spoken everywhere and restaurants deliver their dishes to your room if asked. Overall, very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

This is a nice hotel, great friendly...
This is a nice hotel, great friendly staff, clean spacious room. The carpets were a bit worn in some areas and the provided breakfast could have been better - the buffet should have been more regularly replenished. Also, the internet connection was not working properly during our stay.
