huge rooms with riverview
The rooms were ok, the view from the balcony was nice and the staff was kind.
The only thing to complain is that the hotel is situated too far outside of where all the attractions are and where the "action" takes place, e.g. the Riverside. But there are shuttles offered for free.
Already some days before my arrival I was contacted by the hotel and it was a shuttle offered to pick me up from the airport or bus-station. This I appreciated a lot.

Great room and customer service. The only complaint that I have is the hotel was not located centrally to town. The taxi ride was $5-$7 at a time to town. Yes, they did have shuttle service to town but the times were limited. The hotel was much further away from town than I expected. No restuarants or mini markets around within walking distance either.
Room service menu was limited. More variety if you ordered from the menu downstairs. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Nice, clean room. Good pool and workout room.
Wi-fi available in the room but there was only one place in the room that my computer would pick up a signal.
We had a family emergency and had to change or plans. The hotel was very accommodating in regards to this issue.
The only reason I would not stay here again, is due to the location. For others wanting to get away from the noise and town setting, it is a fabulous place.

A Great Stay!!!
Very impressed with this hotel, especially with its customer service. Before we even got to Cambodia they had contacted us to offer us their free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, and also arranged our bus tickets to Siam Riep. They have very friendly staff who don't speak a lot of English but are always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and our stay was wonderful. I would stay here again, as this hotel is a great bang for your buck.
