Good location only
Stayed at cozyna for 3 nights. Booked online for $18 per night but on checkout they charged us $21 a night. they insisted the $18 room was for a single person, not what it said on website. The staff not really interested in the guests and not very helpful but having said that the location was very good. On our return to Phnom Penh we found a different hotel which was everything the Cozyna wasn't .
Warning: Not as worded or depicted online
The statement online is: Deluxe room has a balcony, bath tub and can accommodate 2 adults as well as another. The rooms with a river view have one queen sized bed and no bath tub.
The city view rooms have two twins and a bathtub but no balcony.
The staff was great in trying to get as close to what I wanted as possible but short of rebuilding the place, they couldn't.
So great staff but less than adequate advertising online.

No Lift
We book 3 rooms with asiarooms stating room on same floor, but
on check in, we were given 3 rooms on 3 different floors. Also
notice other guest have friends staying on different level???
The hotel has no lift hence getting up to 3rd level can be quite tiring.There are also no hook or place to put your clothes when having a shower.

Good, but not great
We got given a room without a window, which was a bit of a pain.
Room size was fine.
Shower water pressure was not fantastic and water struggled to get to luke warm.
Staff very friendly, happy to help (and to arrange any form of transport, other-city accommodation etc - I'm guessing they're on commission).
Very good location, lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby.
