We stayed at the Landscape hotel in a high floor room. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely view of the river.
The staff were very helpful and friendly with a good knowledge of the english language.
Breakfast was located on the top floor with a good but not extensive selection of food.
The location of the hotel is excellent with a short walk to the royal palace and river. A 10 minute walk along the river will bring you to an area where there is a good selection of restaurants.
Even though Phnom Penh is spread out we found this hotel to be very central to everything we wanted to see.

this hotel is not from this time anymore , the rooms are not clean, there are nicer hotels in the neighborhood.
Location Location!
Definitely a great location. They put us on a high floor as requested. Great view from the dining room on the 10th floor We did have some problems with communication with the staff though but they were friendly. The staff did not seem to know about the free transfer to the airport which was advertised and they had to phone the manager to confirm it. The breakfast is buffet so there is plenty of it but it is only average quality. Reasonable value for money when compared with the newer and more expensive hotels on the river.
The first night was not so good as the room was not so clean. We requested for a twin bedded room on a different floor. It was much better. The staff were friendly and helpful and the customer service people were excellent. Overall it was a good stay.
I was very happy with the hotel,it is very modern, the rooms are large and spotlessly clean.The location is OK (10 minute walk to the main bar/restuarant area).The breakfast was mainly asian food (no toast and terrible coffee) The reception staff speak limited english but are very helpful and I was able to book bus tickets.
The Hotel is great value for money and I will definetly stay there again.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to Royal palace or Nega world casino (about 300 meters).
