My particular opinion -will definite recommend this
Great Service from all the staff from bellboy to receptionist to the Manager. I cannot provide opinion for family holiday but big pool and friendly environment ensure all needs can be met. My only problem during the stay was there are mosquitoes in the room and my partner and I both got bitten severely to the extend of limited sleep and I 've reported this the next day and request the hotel to spray in the room.
And the bathtub with jacuzzi leaks water from the side and causes wet floor int he bathroom and may be dangerous to walk in and out of the bathroom.
Overall I enjoyed the variety of the breakfast and the great helpful service from the staff. My Airport pickup was missed and was upgraded to a suite which we did not even utilize on the spare room.I was expecting a different type of suite for couple but the room was more suitable for business use as it was a lounge.
I would recommend this hotel simply because of the great service staff that I can count on if I have any needs during my stay.

Royal Ankor Excellent
Pick up from the airport was efficient, * 5. The hotel is close to the airport approx. 4 km - this means it is not central but that had a bonus in that the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The centre of town is only a tut tut away.
Dee and his Manager met us on arrival. We were tired and hot - calmly they offered us assistance in settling in and on our hastily constructed plans to visit Angkor Wat later in the day.
This went without a hitch.
The next morning we enjoyed the full buffet breakfast with other guests and again the reception officer at the buffet station was friendly and pleasant. Very clean.
We observed, early in the morning, the pool attendant ensuring all was spotless. Some of the mats on the chairs are a little tired but the pool was sparkling and the surrounds impeccable.

Friendly Haven
We enjoyed our brief stay at the Royal Angkor Resort & Spa. The staff were exceptional in there eagerness to ensure all our needs were met.
No complaints from us about any aspects of this hotel. From the physical environment to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff - all A1 from us.

Lovely Welcoming Hotel
My 3 night stay was very enjoyable. Staff are very friendly, nothing a problem for them to help the guests.
Free Wi Fi was very simple to connect and was reliable service. A big plus for me.
Free shuttle to / from the airport and to the 'Down Town' area.
My Room #330, ovelokked the pool, but was next to the Lift and I think a Housekeeping supply room, as it was noisy from about 7am.
The Breakfast was very good, although newspaapers would be an idea in the restaurant for guests to read over breakfast if wanted to do so.
Overall, a very good experience and would return.

Royal Angkor Resort - A good choice
On arrival at Siem Reap Airport there was a free shuttle waiting to take us to the hotel. Very friendly, helpfull and polite personnel but all speak rather bad English and are difficult to understand sometimes. Huge swimmingpool with good sunbadingbeds. A very nice experience.

This is the second time we have...
This is the second time we have stayed here and think that the hotel is a fantastic base to see the sights around Siem Reap - a little out of the hussel and bussel of town, but the quiet is nice to enjoy the evening after a short ride from town/restaurants and markets etc. Highly recommended for the price!
