excellent place to stay
one of the best places i have ever stayed i would highly recomend this place for singles , couples and familys it close to town and site seeing and has a super market next door for a few snacks if you dont want to pay hotel prices ......i was recomened this place by a friend and i would stay there again....
Tara Angkor
Good clean accommodation, standards you'd expect from a 4* hotel. Staff friendly. The only problem we had was in having to cut our stay short to go to Phnom Penh. We wanted to carry over the days we hadn't used so that we could come back and stay again after a couple of days but the hotel was very inflexible over this. Still, we did come back again and they gave us a good rate.
Tara is tops
I can't fault the Tara in any way - service, food, room, convenience to town and amemiences etc. was first class the breakfast menue could not be faulted. all in all excellent value for money.

This hotel was excellent in every respect. The staff were extremely attentive and the breakfast was amazing. Despite being a bit far away from the centre there was always a tuk-tuk on hand to get you anywhere at a very cheap price. I would definitely use this hotel again.
Brilliant Hotel
We stayed here 6 nights to visit the temples of Angkor, relax by the excellent pool and hang out in the lovely town of Siem Reap. The hotel is brilliant, with super friendly and helpfull staff, the cleanest rooms I've ever experienced in a hotel, a very nice pool, a great spa and the best and biggest breakfast buffet! We had a good deal through asia rooms, mostly because it was low season I guess, but a very good deal nonetheless. Great hotel, super service. Only small downside is that it is not really close to the city centre, but tuk tuks are in front of the hotel and bring you to town for only 1 or 2 dollar.

I chosed Tara Angkor Hotel based on the reviews received and I was not disappointed. From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. The staf are very friendly and welcoming and very eager to accommodate your needs. Whilst I like to stay in hotels that reflect the traditional style, some of them can be too overpowering. Tara Angkor is simple and modern with traditional touches which appeal to international travelers. Great location, not too close to Pub Street but on the way to Angkor Wat. Allows you to try out the local transportation, Tuk Tuk. There are more than enough choice for the buffet breakfast. I have a lot of good things to say about Tara Angkor - you really get your money's worth and more. I have to mention most importantly, the Tara Angkor Spa. I have been going to Thailand and Indonesia for the last 3 years and have been to many spas but the 3 massages I had at Tara Angkor Spa were ones of the best! I will come again just to have the massage again! The therapists are very well-trained and very professional. Thank you for upgrading my Free Massage from 30 minutes to 1 hour! Keep it up!
Luxury at a small price
We stayed here for two nights and a great deal. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The ease of getting local tuktuks was also easy and not expensive. Wonderful stay here. I would definitely come again.
Tara Angkor Review
One of the best hotels I've stayed in, in terms of value for money. Great service, room is clean and comfortable and is only 5 minutes from city centre by tuk tuk. Highly recommended.
Very Good
We stayed in Tara Angkor for three nights, everything was perfect. The hotel is on the raod to Angkor, and is a little bit far form the downtown, but you can take the local ''Took Took" taxi for 2US$ to access where you want in the Siem Reap city. I would strongly recommand this hohel to everyone, it is really value for the money.
