The rooms are very spacious with an outdoor patio. There is a big pool in the beautiful garden.
The gym had several machines but it din't have ac, only fans.
The stay @ the hotel was satisfactory....
The stay @ the hotel was satisfactory. The hotel is very clean and huge. The staff are friendly and obliging to all requests. Hotel location is also near to the city, only about 10 mins away by tuk tuk. The only shortfall is the level of service provided @ times.
Certain food and beverages are unavailable due to no supply of ingredients or equipment for the preparation and this was communicated only after few rounds of checking by the wait staff and kitchen. Be patient as the level of understanding of english by some wait staff require u to take extra steps to explain further and they do try to meet the guests's needs.
Overall, it's a hotel to be considered.

very good hotel and nice staff. The room is quite good as well as the swimming pool. It's pity as the gym and spa rooms are under renovation during our stay period, but I'm sure it will be excellent if they're ready in the future.
Only the TV size is a bit smaller since the room is pretty big. Generaly, it is very valuable compare with same standard hotels in other countries.
On the Airport Road with so many...
On the Airport Road with so many other hotels, this was v. calm and relaxing after exploring the temple ruins. Rooms were huge, good beds. Problem with phone was quickly fixed. A few ants sneaked in to the tea and coffee tray, but no other insect problems. Pool was huge and hardly used by other guests. Disappointing dinner in the restaurant, though - I would go to another hotel in the evening (our request for a reservation at another restaurant was handled v. well by the Reception staff). Breakfast was quite OK, hot and cold Asian and Western choices. Only about 10 mins drive to town, but being on the bitumen road meant that it wasn't washed away during the rain. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in general nice BUT they were renovating part of the building which means a lot of noise, dust and workers around the pool who couldn't stop watching at the hotel guest in swimwear...

Although building was going on it didn't bother us at all. The pool is really good. The staff were really good even booking flight tickets for us. I would stay here again it was a really enjoyable stay.

Very professional and charming as well. They have a very efficient tuc tuc service at a reasonable price. They do the best to make your staying in Siem Reap unforgotable! Pool is wonderful!! The only thing they should improve is the quality of the food: breakfast is good, but one nigth we took our dinner in the hotel and the quality was very poor.

I think we were the only ones staying there, end of season I think. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Also staff English was very good. The hotel has a great pool & pool side food was cheap & very good. Room is massive.
3USD to town & 5 mins on a tuk tuk - $8 to the airport!!
I'd stay there again.
