This hotel offered excellent value for money...
This hotel offered excellent value for money considering its 3 star rating. The facilities within the room were very good. The room was also a good size. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant menu was somewhat limited as one of our party was vegetarian.
My only concern was that my name had been allowed to be given to a local taxi/guide who appeared at the airport on our arrival giving us the impression he had been sent by the hotel. This was not confirmed by the hotel reception staff. In this instance the taxi/guide was helpful and worked out well for us.

The hotel is ok - a big room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, responsive staff, nice pool area, but I would hesitate to recommend it because it is located closer to the airport rather than to the town of Siem Reap. It is true that a ride by tuk-tuk only costs one dollar and lasts probably 10 min, but it is not a pleasant one because of the poor condition of the road all the dirt goes up and into your face. So, my advice would be to choose the hotel based on its proximity to the town.

this is a nice hotel that deserves a rating above its current 3 star
the pool is great the buffet is nice, the staff is extremely courteous, its close to the airport but a quick ride into town, considering the price, you can't go wrong.
