Rooms were clean, staff exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. Good location. Queit, even thought it is on the main highway. Nice pool. One aggravation: In an apparent effort to save electricity and like many hotel rooms in Asia, the power goes off when you leave the room. However, at the Prum Bayot, housekeeping staff opens the fridge and leaves it wide open to be closed by the guest when he/she returns. As a result, the drinks inside are never cold. Even after running all night while the guest is in the room, if the door was kept closed- even with the power off- drinks would probably remain cooler. And it is a false economy to open the door as the fridge has to work twice as hard, consuming even more electricity, to cool down once the guest returns and inserts his key in the circuit breaker slot.
