For sure i will come back again
The hotel near to the old market, also good location, is unlike other near to market but at the
back lane or side road. I can all staff are helpfull and polite.Stongly recommend to who want
want to stay at SR.

Great hotel and staff
The staff were very helpful. We had to bring my daughter to a hospital at 12 mn, and the hotel provided a tuktuk free of charge. They also sent a van to fetch us from the bus station. The rooms were very clean. Great location too, very near the Old Market where there are a lot of good bargains.
However, you may need to reserve in advance at the restaurant for a meal. Went there for dinner, they kindly accommodated us, but after 30 min of waiting, we had to cancel 3 of the dishes we ordered:( Still, they tried to make up for it not charging 2 items we ordered.

Great hotel
Awesome location. Short walk to the bars/restaurants. Lovely room for the money. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Reasonable range. Nice but smallish pool.
The only complaint was that we had the do not disturb sign on the door and they would knock anyway, and when we said we didn't need our room made up today they would come back while we were out and do it anyway. Glad we put our valuables in the safe!

Great service from pleasant staff
The Royal Crown Hotel in Siem Reap is ideally located just a 5 minute walk across the river to the Old Market and Pub Street. There are numerous restaurants within a ten minute walk of the hotel and plenty of shopping at both markets (Old Market and central market) as well as local shops.
Transport is not a problem as there are Tuk Tuks and cars available from the hotel. The reception staff willingly organised these for us and the rates were generally better than those quoted on the street.
The deluxe room we had was huge (approx 60 square metres) and had a great view of the street and pool.
The buffet breakfast was quite good and was included in the room price. Not much in the way of cereal and the fruit choices were rather limited but the breakfast overall provided sufficient variety for both Western and Asian palates. We also had lunch here a couple of times and it was superb (highly recommend the Cambodian spring rolls).
The staff at this hotel are delightful people who enjoy helping and assisting their guests. Nothing was too much trouble and service was always provided with a smile.
The road outside the hotel is a little off putting (like most streets in Siem Reap) and is potholed and uneven but the parking area in front of the hotel is well kept and Tuk Tuks were available for $1 to take you almost anywhere in Siem Reap if you don't like to walk.

Wonderful stay
I was alone travelling in Cambodia. This hotel really takes good care of me. and the location is quite good. its walking distance to the old market for shopping n massage and its like half hour tuk tuk ride from the hotel to the airport. They provide free wifi and breakfast was nice n simple too.. worth staying here...

We think the hotel is great.
Very convenient to pubs & eating places. Room is big & got all the basics. Food at the hotel is also reaonably priced. This is the only hotel in the world that provides lipton tea without sugar and creamer in the room!!! They must know that drinking lipton tea is diff from drinking chinese or japanese tea. I had spoken to the hotel.
