we loved this hotel, the architecture was perfect, old colonial style. It was located conveniently enough to walk into the centre of Siemreap. the service was excellent and we would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit and stay in Siemreap. great.

The only drawbackin the room was the aircon, wich was not up to its best. The service was trying its best, but one had to leave the airconditioning running for some time before the room got to an adaquat temperature.

It is a present hotel with good location which is near to the old and new markets, this makes it very convenient for me to shop around and have my meals at the various restaurants.
The staff are friendly and helpful when we seek for more information about the places of interest and the transfer. Besides I especially like your speedy respond to my email. Excellent ! keep it up.

Nice hotel 15 min from the airport and walking distance to the night market. Need trasportation to see the Wats. Bathrooms are above average; although, we had problems with the water pressure during the mornings. Above satisfaction for the money you pay.

Service in genrall was good. the only thing which we don't like was if we made a reservation for a Tucktuck or a taxi the hotel took an admission of some dollars which we think should be already inculded in the hotel fee.

It's a colonial houses style hotel that is away from the busy main road.Thus offers a peaceful environment. it's just stones away from french quarter.
The room is clean and staff are friendly. However, i have a slight problem with the bathroom water that has rusty smell.
